Looked good/arrived with shades damaged.

I ordered 4 of these for a Master Bath. They arrived in two shipments of 3 and 1. I checked one of the lights to make sure it was the correct order and all looked fine. No damage to outside boxes or shiping container so I left them for my electricians to install in our new home. The electricians arrived about a month later (2 days after returns accepted) and found the other 3 lights all had crushed shades from the manufacturers packaging. The manufacturer boxes were overstuffed with packing, crushing the shades. I am now stuck with damaged shades an no apparent way to contact the manufacturer via Amazon. Any ideas that won't cost me more than the shades alone are worth in shipping????

4 stars for quality......2.5 stars for overall look in a small bathroom. The crystal cube hanging on the bottom is much larger than picture appears. It looks like a large dice. We didn't want to use the crystal spear that came as an alternate option for the bottom. Perhaps our 6' x 9' bathroom is too small for two of these and a grander bathroom would help absorb the effect. We're sending back.
