Good looking lamp - needs reinforcement when mounting

This is a very good looking light for the bathrooom, but it needs some reinforcement when hanging it. The back plate that is screwed to the wall with 6 screws is thin metal, but the glass shades and the rest of the fixture are heavy and on the first mount everything leaned forward. I disassembled it and used some Stanley 1-1/4" square furniture reinforcement plates at each of the wall mount screws. Large washers would also work. After that the fixture squared up nicely.
The packaging is poor. The first box delivered from Amazon had a shattered glass shade from something that penetrated the end of the box during shipping. Amazon had UPS pick it up the next day, but that was the last lamp Amazon had in stock, and a replacment would take 6 weeks. So cancelled the order (all online) and ordered from 1-Stop and it was here in two days. So not a big deal in the end due ti impressive handling by Amazon.

Attractive nautical style provides excellent lighting

I installed this as an upgrade to the original guest bathroom fixture.
The unit arrived intact with all parts listed in the instructions.
Installation was completed in about an hour, requiring special care while routing the cables and wire nuts within the horizontal tube support.
I did use much stouter wall anchors than those supplied with the unit. Given this unit's weight and balance, I would recommend getting the better anchors, rather than chance using the rather small, thin, cheap, and primitive anchors supplied.
Once installed, the unit vastly improved the available brightness in our bath; so much so that I installed a dimmer switch so it can be turned down if desired.

This fixture worked perfectly over our new 60" vanity. It looks great with the old 60" mirror without a boarder.
