Came broken 4 times

We had to order this item 4 times just to get one that wasn't broken upon receipt. The company has great customer service once I bypassed Lowes and Amazon and talked to them directly. They overnighted me 2 lamps to ensure that if one broke that hopefully the other wouldn't and so I would have them Prior to my home inspection. I love these lights in my kitchen.
