Light itself is not quality made. The shade is very nice, The glass crystals are nice, Over all after installed, I am very pleased. It looks beautiful hanging.

pretty but too much plastic

This fixture is inexpensive, but I didn't expect the metal on the chandelier to actually be partially chrome painted plastic. Other reviews warn that it is cheaply made and I ignored it because it's pretty. It IS pretty, but even the glass teardrops that hang from it are not GLASS, they are PLASTIC. I had glass prisms of my own to hang from it.
The seller was fine and the item came on time. You can get one with no plastic for the same price.
